Yoga
I teach group yoga classes and monthly workshops (check out the class information at the top of this page), and I also offer tailored 1:1 / small group sessions.

In Slow Flow yoga we move mindfully and intentionally through creative standing sequences, which improve strength, mobility, flexibility and balance.
All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga is a subtle, yet profound practice of finding stillness both physically and mentally. We hold the poses in a way that is compassionate towards ourselves, for several minutes. It bridges the gap between the physical and meditative aspects of yoga. Its particularly helpful for joint health, flexibility and calming the nervous system.
I strongly encourage people to learn to move in an intuitive way that feels good, safe and natural in their bodies. I believe that somatic movement is integral to yoga, meaning that our movement is embodied and we focus on the internal experience and the feeling aspects, rather than the external appearance or results. I want people to feel confident and free in their bodies and minds. I aim to provide a yoga class experience where everyone feels empowered to follow their intuition and prioritise their own well-being.
I am passionate about creating a warm sense of community, and encouraging those who come to my classes to feel inspired and confident enough to start (or continue) their home yoga practice. I’m a down to earth, warm, and welcoming presence, and like to provide a relaxed atmosphere both in-person and online. As cliché as it sounds, I want you to feel like you’re practising with a friend.

Alongside this I am a qualified Reiki Master. Using yoga and Reiki (separately and at times together) I have worked with clients who have PTSD, chronic fatigue, sciatica, social anxiety and specific emotional traumas.
