Reiki

It is a fundamental scientific truth that everything in the universe is made of energy, including ourselves. Every living thing has an aura (Bio-electric magnetic field) around it. Meaning that our own energy is a real thing that can affect us on every level and in our every day life.

It is crucial to our overall wellbeing that we protect, heal and nourish our energy and energy centres of the body (chakras). 

Universal life force energy runs through everything, including us. During reiki this life force energy is channeled to the recipient; I am then able to assess any issues, release energy blockages which may be causing emotional or physical issues and then heal and allow energy to flow freely. 

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique, it is very gentle and non-invasive. It doesn’t require any physical contact and you will remain fully clothed.

Distance Reiki

As mentioned previously everything in the universe is made up of energy, this universal energy transcends time and space, because of this distance reiki (also known remote reiki and long-distance reiki) is just as effective and powerful as in-person reiki. Distance reiki can be given from my home to anywhere in the world. It’s also a great option for anyone who is not well enough or feels too busy to attend an in-person session.

I am able to offer in-person reiki in the comfort of your own home, or at a therapy room in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area.
